Support Future STEM Leaders!

Because someone like you believed in her, 14-year-old Sarah stood on Wallops Island, Virginia, watching a student-built rocket soar into the sky. In that moment, she knew: I want to be an aerospace engineer.

This is why the Virginia Space Flight Academy (VASFA) exists: to inspire, educate, and launch the next generation of aerospace engineers, scientists, and innovators.

Just six months earlier, Sarah had never touched a robotics kit or flown a drone. Thanks to a scholarship, she spent her summer at VASFA, Virginia’s only residential aerospace camp with direct access to NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport. That scholarship didn’t just buy supplies or tuition. It launched a future.

And that’s the power of you.

Last summer, 42 students like Sarah received scholarships, nearly double the year before. Each of those sparks was lit because someone stepped up. Because someone like you said yes.

Now, we need your help to keep that momentum going.

Our goal: $150,000 by December 31

Your gift ensures that Virginia youth continue to have access to hands-on aerospace learning opportunities. Without your support, too many bright minds could lose their chance to explore and grow in this critical field.
